These terms govern your use of PrintAIBook.com and any order you place. PrintAIBook is operated by Practimize LLC, registered in New Mexico, USA. By uploading a file and placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you have questions, email hello@printaibook.com.
What we do
PrintAIBook is a print-on-demand service, not a publisher. You upload a finished PDF, and we print and ship it as a physical book. We print your file as you supply it — we do not write, design, edit, or review the content of your book.
Your content and your responsibilities
You are responsible for the file you upload. By placing an order, you confirm that:
- you own your book, or have all the rights and permissions needed to print it — including any text, images, and AI-generated content in it;
- printing it does not infringe anyone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights, and does not break any law;
- your PDF is print-ready and meets our print requirements.
You, not PrintAIBook, are responsible for the content and quality of your file.
Your rights to your work
Your book stays yours. We claim no ownership of your content. We use your uploaded file only to fulfil your order, and we delete it within 30 days (see our Privacy Policy).
No publishing, no ISBN
We print private copies for you. We do not publish, distribute, or sell your book, and we do not assign ISBNs. Printing a copy here does not make your book publicly available and is not "publishing" it.
Orders, pricing, and payment
Prices are shown before you order. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Printing and shipping are carried out by our print partner, Peecho. Availability and shipping depend on your region; some destinations may not be available.
Refunds and reprints
Because every book is printed on demand just for you:
- Problems caused by your file — low-resolution images, a missing or blank cover, layout or text errors, and the like — are not refundable. It's your responsibility to check your file before ordering.
- If a book is faulty because of a printing error, or is lost or damaged in transit, we will reprint it — just contact us.
Acceptable content
You may not use PrintAIBook to print content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or that depicts or sexualises minors, incites violence or hatred, or is otherwise unlawful. We may refuse or cancel any order that breaches this.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is." Because we print your file exactly as supplied, the quality of the finished book depends on your file. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows the current version.
